Come discover Flor de Esgueva cheese up close! * Coordinate and supervise the technical team, organizing shifts, breaks, vacations, and distribution of maintenance tasks. * Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring timely execution and reduction of intervention time. * Ensure adherence to the maintenance and technical investment budget. * Supervise and monitor the factory’s general and auxiliary services, including steam, compressed air, water, and cooling towers. * Provide technical leadership for the Legionella control plan. * Conduct energy monitoring to support energy savings and continuous improvement of machinery and installations. * Manage the factory's asset register. * Manage the procurement of subcontractors for specialized work at the plant. * Coordinate responses to emergency situations. * Supervise the implementation of quality, food safety, and environmental management systems, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and audit readiness. **Requirements:** --------------- * Education: Engineering degree / Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in Mechanics or Electronics. * Experience: Minimum 3 years as Maintenance Manager. * Languages: English B2\. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
