WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Magic Hotel Group seeks to hire a Maintenance and Technical Services Manager for our hotels in Oropesa del Mar (Castellón). Job Responsibilities * Responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and operational functionality of all facilities. * Lead and supervise the hotel’s maintenance team: assigning tasks and setting priorities. * Ensure preventive maintenance and optimal service of facilities. * Compliance with technical safety regulations. Requirements * Minimum qualification: Higher or Intermediate Vocational Training. * Minimum two years’ experience in this role. * Essential knowledge in relevant areas (electricity, painting, repairs, etc.). * Water treatment knowledge (for swimming pools) is valued. * Team leadership, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability. * Customer orientation and proactivity.
