At Alannia Resorts, a leading chain in the Spanish holiday and resort camping sector, we are seeking to hire **a maintenance assistant** for our Alannia Guardamar (Alicante) team at one of our establishments. **FIXED-TERM DISCONTINUOUS CONTRACT UNTIL AUGUST 19.** **Responsibilities:** * Perform general maintenance tasks on facilities, accommodations, and common areas of the campsite. * Carry out basic repairs and provide support for incidents related to electricity, plumbing, and air conditioning. * Inspect and maintain equipment, facilities, and technical systems in proper working condition. * Identify and report malfunctions or repair requirements. * Perform preventive maintenance to minimize incidents. * Assist with painting, minor construction work, assembly, and various repairs. * Monitor the proper operation of water, lighting, and air conditioning systems. * Maintain tools and materials in good condition. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure facilities are in optimal condition and customer satisfaction is achieved. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in general facility maintenance, hotels, campsites, or similar positions. * **Knowledge of:** * **Basic electricity and incident resolution.** * **Basic plumbing and routine repairs.** * **Air conditioning and climate control systems (operation, incident detection, and basic maintenance).** * Ability to use manual and electric tools. * Organized, proactive individual with problem-solving skills. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * **Flexible availability and proximity to the campsite.** * **Own vehicle required to access the campsite due to its location.** Salary: €1,400.00–€1,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
