Various cleaning and control duties MAJOSAN, a company providing cleaning, maintenance, and auxiliary services, is recruiting a maintenance and cleaning operative for a residential community in Las Palmas. RESPONSIBILITIES: This is a residential community where the incumbent will be required to control access, carry out facility cleaning, inspect proper operation of facilities, report incidents, and coordinate fault resolution. Proven experience in cleaning and knowledge of building maintenance—such as masonry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, etc.—is essential. Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.
