During the program, the intern will become familiar with internal procedures related to documentation preparation, coordination with participating centers, regulatory documentation tracking, and organization of clinical information required for the proper conduct of studies — always from a highly formative and supervised perspective. GSK conducts its clinical research under strict quality, transparency, and regulatory compliance criteria. **Training Objectives** Preparation of regulated clinical documentation: Learn how to prepare, review, and organize regulatory documentation related to clinical trials, including understanding submission procedures to Research Ethics Committees for Medicinal Products (CEIm) and the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products (AEMPS). * Physical and digital document management: Acquire knowledge of filing systems, classification, updating, and traceability of clinical files in accordance with Clinical Operations quality standards. * Participation in a personalized CITIUS training pathway: Collaborate with academic and corporate mentors to design a tailored learning pathway aligned with the intern’s profile, integrating practical experience with training delivered by Universidad Autónoma de Madrid under the CITIUS Program. As per the call, the academic plan includes completion of the ECTS credits required for obtaining the official certificate. * Logistical monitoring of investigational products: Understand procedures associated with documentary and logistical control of clinical investigational products, including supply chains and traceability frameworks established in clinical studies. * Updating clinical-epidemiological databases: Apply knowledge acquired during university training to maintain and review clinical records and databases, respecting quality and confidentiality requirements. * Training in clinical trial monitoring: Participate, under supervision, in activities related to monitoring visit preparation alongside the Clinical Research Associates (CRA) team, supporting documentation review, preparation of follow-up reports, and understanding of applicable quality standards. * Legal and regulatory training: Understand the regulatory framework governing clinical trials, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), GSK’s internal procedures, and applicable regulations through training sessions delivered both by the CITIUS Program and the company. * **Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or any other related Health Sciences discipline. * Desirable: Master’s degree in National and International Clinical Trial Development and Monitoring * English level C1 **Competencies and Aptitudes** * Valuable knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Analytical ability and attention to detail * Proactivity and interest in clinical research * Communication and teamwork skills * Organizational ability and continuous learning capacity **What We Offer?** * Monthly gross allowance of **€900.00** * 8 hours per day, full-time schedule * Semi-presential telepractice * 1-year internship * 25 days of vacation throughout the year * Free cafeteria on site * Internship location in Spain: Severo Ochoa, 2, Tres Cantos (Madrid) * The internship includes enrollment in the CITIUS Program for Professional Initiation in Industry (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid) ***\#LI\-Hybrid*** **Skills** Clinical Development, Clinical Research, Clinical Trial Designs, Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), Communication, Fostering Collaboration, Teamwork This is a temporary internship opportunity focused on professional development.
