GSK conducts its clinical research under strict quality, transparency, and regulatory compliance criteria. **Training Objectives** Preparation of regulated clinical documentation: Learn how to prepare, review, and organize regulatory documentation related to clinical trials, including understanding submission procedures to Research Ethics Committees for Medicinal Products (CEIm) and the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products (AEMPS). * Physical and digital document management: Acquire knowledge of filing systems, classification, updating, and traceability of clinical files in accordance with Clinical Operations quality standards. * Participation in a personalized CITIUS training pathway: Collaborate with academic and corporate mentors to design a tailored learning pathway aligned with the intern’s profile, integrating practical experience with training delivered by Universidad Autónoma de Madrid under the CITIUS Program.
