We are looking for a **Clinic Director**, passionate about building teams capable of selling and delivering an outstanding product at our Madrid clinic. The company will be introduced during the first contact in the selection process. **Responsibilities** * Responsible for the profit-and-loss account of the region. * Ensure adherence to the assigned budget. * Supervise the performance of teams under their responsibility (coordinators, associates) and KPIs. * Implement business actions and improvement/optimization plans when necessary. * Contribute to developing genuine relationships with our patients. * Guarantee a seamless experience at every stage of the patient journey. * Ensure compliance with best practices. * Guarantee that processes function correctly and are followed at each stage (prospecting, communication, sales, SI, payment, collection, production, delivery, after-sales). * Ensure problems are resolved appropriately. * Communicate the company's vision. * Motivate teams and ensure their strong performance within the assigned territory. * Organize teams. Guarantee the hiring process for dentists, dental assistants, and sales representatives in assigned regions. * Ensure clinic operations run smoothly (support clinic teams, organize work schedules, guarantee hiring, organize training). * Ensure regulatory compliance, safeguarding adherence to health protocols across clinics under their responsibility. * Actively participate in marketing activities and interviews, hosting influential individuals and conducting photo and video sessions.
