Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, is seeking to hire 1 Foreman/Forewoman \- Road and Forestry Works MENRRED (Valencia Province) to support road adaptation works and operations at the Menrred Management Office.

Address: Paterna, with travel required to various work sites.
**Functions and Responsibilities**
----------------------
* Organize and schedule tasks jointly with the supervisor, assume responsibility for project progress, and immediately report any anomalies that arise.
* Interpret blueprints, perform measurements and layout surveys.
* Monitor equipment and workforce productivity, and complete and sign off on required reports regarding personnel and machinery.
* Train team members in assigned tasks.
* Comply with and ensure compliance with regulations concerning occupational safety, quality, and site signage; be responsible for informing newly hired personnel about the use of personal protective equipment and applicable safety measures on site.
* Verify proper storage of materials and execution of cleaning tasks.

### **Education**
#### **Qualifications**
* Baccalaureate, BUP, COU, FP I, CFGM, FP II or CFGS (qualification officially recognized in Spain)
### **Prior Experience**
* Minimum six months’ experience performing the duties of this position at Foreman/Forewoman level (Labor History Record and/or employment contract must be attached to verify and certify work experience).
### **Other Mandatory Requirements**
* Valid Spanish driver’s license type B, currently in force.

#### **Additional Training**
* Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course of 60/50 hours qualifying the candidate as a preventive resource. (Certification document verifying completion must be attached.)
* Specific training in Natural Environment, Forestry Management and/or Agricultural Management. (Certification document verifying completion must be attached.)
### **Prior Experience**
* From three months up to one year of experience in agricultural road construction, involving team management, subcontractor management, breakwater works, and road construction (Labor History Record and/or employment contract must be attached to verify and certify work experience).
### **Other Meritorious Factors**
* Professional experience coordinating personnel teams on construction sites. (Labor History Record and/or employment contract must be attached to verify and certify work experience.)
* Professional experience exceeding the minimum requirement for the Foreman/Forewoman role, with particular value placed on experience ranging from nine months to one year. (Labor History Record and/or employment contract must be attached to verify and certify work experience.)

OFFERED:
