A group of cafés, bakeries, and artisanal workshops in Barcelona. We are seeking a sales assistant for the counter and dining area: serving coffee and products, attending to customers, and maintaining the premises immaculately, as part of a team. Stable afternoon position, compatible with studies. Coffee machine operation and product knowledge will be taught. What we seek is excellent customer service and genuine motivation to work seriously. Training from day one and an in-store leader who supports you. **Working Hours** * Fixed weekly schedule of 35 hours, extendable with supplementary hours up to 40\. * Afternoon shifts. Includes weekends and public holidays when they fall within your regular working days. * Permanent contract under the Barcelona Bakery Industry Collective Agreement. **Job Requirements** * Spanish and English proficiency for customer service (we serve an international clientele). Catalan language skills are valued. * Genuine availability for afternoon shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Genuine interest in customer interaction and teamwork. * Responsibility: completing assigned tasks and taking care of your role. * Prior experience in cafés or hospitality is desirable but not essential—we provide training.
