




Job Summary: This Team Assistant role will focus on being the central administrative, commercial, business, and daily operations support point for the team/office. Key Highlights: 1. Variety of administrative, accounting, and marketing tasks As a Team Assistant, you will serve as the central support point for your team/office across all administrative matters—both commercial and business-related—as well as daily office management (suppliers, orders, maintenance, etc.). In this position, you will be a key team member, handling a variety of tasks that ensure team productivity, organization, and streamlining of all administrative functions. \- Manage various accounting aspects related to billing and financial management \- Oversee document filing and management related to operations, properties, translations, etc. \- CRM (Salesforce) management and ownership at multiple levels (accounts, properties, deals, etc.) and general IT support coverage \- Support commercial and legal teams with general tasks related to due diligence, claims, and legal matter reports. \- Perform various marketing tasks impacting commercial activity and internal organization (real estate portal monitoring, virtual tours, marketing materials, event planning, etc.). \- Office management responsibilities (office supplies procurement, maintenance repairs, insurance, etc.). \- Reception and customer service tasks \- Support management in report preparation, presentation development, and sales reviews * 2 years’ experience. Real estate documentation management and CRM (Salesforce) * English (Advanced spoken, Advanced written) * French (Advanced spoken, Advanced written) * Vehicle availability * Driving license: B\+E * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary from '1500' to '3500'
