### **Description** We are looking for a **Technical SEO Specialist** who wants to take on the task of optimizing the performance of our digital assets and contributing to organic traffic growth. We need a professional experienced in optimizing website architecture, performance, and indexing to improve rankings on major search engines. You will be working on projects related to the educational sector. **Working Conditions** * 100% on-site mode * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 10:00–18:15 | Friday, 10:00–18:30. * Workplace: Elche (Altabix). * Permanent contract ### **Responsibilities** * Audit and optimize websites for speed, indexability, and internal link architecture. * Configure and manage tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to monitor the technical health of websites. * Implement and fix structured data (Schema Markup, JSON\-LD) to enhance visibility in Google's rich results. * Manage and optimize files such as robots.txt, sitemaps.xml, and canonical tags to improve indexing. * Collaborate with development teams to ensure correct implementation of 301, 302 redirects and hreflang tags on multilingual websites. * Understand strategies to improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) and optimize site loading time. * Manage and oversee website migrations, changes in site architecture, and canonicalization strategies to prevent ranking losses. ### **Requirements** * Solid experience in technical SEO and web positioning strategy. * Basic HTML knowledge to resolve simple indexing and tagging issues. * Proficiency in Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Tag Manager. * Ability to analyze and manage server log files. * Capability to optimize websites built on WordPress, React, Angular, or other CMSs and frameworks. * Knowledge of website migrations, redirects, and URL structure. * Ability to define content and positioning strategies based on data analysis. * SEO certifications (e.g., Yoast, HubSpot, SEMrush, Google Analytics) are valued. * Availability for a 100% on-site position in the El Chicó area of Bogotá, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
