Are you passionate about the hardware, DIY, and construction materials sector? Do you have a purely commercial profile and enjoy direct customer interaction? This is your opportunity! We are expanding into a new and ambitious large-format store (over 1,000 m²). Therefore, we seek experienced sales professionals eager to grow and achieve job stability at our Tarancón (Cuenca) store. MANDATORY AND NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENT: * Demonstrable experience in face-to-face (P2P) direct sales (in-person / counter / face-to-face with customers). We seek a solution-oriented candidate who is confident, capable of connecting with customers, identifying their needs, and successfully closing sales. What will be your main responsibilities? * Customer service, advanced technical advisory, and loyalty building (for both individual and professional sector customers). * Active counter management, enhancing cross-selling and offering comprehensive solutions. * Documentation management of orders, delivery notes, and preparation of customized quotations. * Stock control, material restocking, and maintenance of the store’s visual excellence.
