VEHICLE TREATMENT CENTER MANAGER (CAT) — Vallès Oriental A company in expansion phase, specializing in the acquisition and integration of vehicle treatment centers (CAT/dismantling yards) across Catalonia, is seeking a Center Manager to lead operations at its facility in the Vallès Oriental region. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Full operational management of the center: vehicle reception, dismantling, warehousing, and sales * Leadership and management of the center’s operational and administrative staff * P\&L control for the center: procurement, margins, costs, and profitability * Negotiation with end-of-life vehicle (ELV) suppliers and management of the procurement supply chain * Compliance with applicable environmental and regulatory requirements for CATs * Identification of improvement opportunities and direct reporting to group management PROFILE: * Prior experience in managing or leading SMEs, preferably in industrial, logistics, or automotive environments * Proven ability to manage teams and make autonomous decisions * Results-oriented mindset and accustomed to working with profitability targets * Knowledge of the automotive sector or physical inventory operations (desirable but not mandatory) * Valid driver’s license and willingness to work in the Vallès Oriental region WE OFFER: * Permanent contract with a growing company * Genuine autonomy in center management * Opportunity to join a group undergoing active expansion * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and profile Benefits: * Option for permanent contract * Free parking Work location: On-site employment
