VEHICLE TREATMENT CENTER MANAGER (CAT) — Vallès Oriental A company in an expansion phase, dedicated to acquiring and integrating vehicle treatment centers (CAT/dismantling yards) across Catalonia, is seeking a Center Manager to lead operations at its facility in the Vallès Oriental region. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Full management of center operations: vehicle reception, dismantling, warehousing, and sales * Leadership and management of the center’s operational and administrative staff * Control of the center’s P\&L: procurement, margins, costs, and profitability * Negotiation with end-of-life vehicle (ELV) suppliers and management of the procurement chain * Compliance with applicable environmental and regulatory requirements for CATs * Identification of improvement opportunities and direct reporting to group management PROFILE: * Prior experience in managing or directing SMEs, preferably in industrial, logistics, or automotive environments * Proven ability to manage teams and make autonomous decisions * Results-oriented mindset and accustomed to working with profitability targets * Knowledge of the automotive sector or physical inventory operations (valuable but not essential) * Valid driver’s license and willingness to work in the Vallès Oriental area WE OFFER: * Permanent contract with a growing company * Genuine autonomy in center management * Opportunity to join a group actively undergoing expansion * Salary negotiable according to experience and profile Salary: €30\.000,00\-€50\.000,00 per year Benefits: * Option for a permanent contract * Free parking Work location: On-site employment
