**Summary of the Position:** From the Service – Field (Execution) Department, we are seeking a person to be responsible for various functions related to managing the team of mechanics at the Balearic Islands branch (Palma de Mallorca), performing tasks such as assigning service alerts, selecting the most suitable technical profile for each job, handling work orders, and managing subcontractors. **Location:** Palma de Mallorca **Reports to:** Rubén Pachón **Key Responsibilities:** * Assigning work orders for the area (assessing which mechanic is suitable in each case) * Daily approval of mechanics’ expense reports and working hours (supervision and validation of productive hours, non-productive hours, time spent on interventions, and expenses) * Managing mechanics’ advance payments (Visas) * Addressing daily technical questions or queries from the team of mechanics * Supervising quick estimates prepared by mechanics * Supervising and approving work orders at the time of closure together with the local Service Coordinator * Accompanying mechanics on site visits, based on the Branch Manager’s criteria (e.g., technically complex installations or customer retention) * Managing subcontractors for the area **Mandatory Requirements:** * Valid driver’s license * Ability to manage and supervise work teams * Ability to manage work orders * Supervision of field service time allocation * Proactivity and willingness to visit customers * Demonstrated strong capability in managing technical teams **Desirable Requirements:** * Technical training in HVAC * Experience in similar positions * Customer/team management experience in the industrial sector * Knowledge of SAP/Salesforce **Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
