We are looking for a manager for one of our restaurants in the **Madrid** area. **What do we need from you?** * Experience as a supervisor or shift leader, preferably in the foodservice industry. * Knowledge of profit-and-loss statements and analytical thinking for managing sales and financial performance of the restaurant. * User-level proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office software. * Leadership skills, including planning and team management capabilities. * Minimum desired education: compulsory secondary education. * Full availability. * Ability to commute to our restaurant. * Enthusiasm, enthusiasm, and even more enthusiasm to learn—never enough! **What will your day-to-day look like at Burger King®?** * Sales and operational goals: Monitoring sales and operational targets for the restaurant. You will be responsible for cash management. * Human resources and team management: Motivating your team, leading them, scheduling shifts, communicating staff hires and departures, tracking incidents, etc. * Customer service: Handling complaints and claims to ensure the best possible service for our customers. * Marketing and promotions: Ensuring promotional materials are available and corporate guidelines are followed. * Occupational health and safety (OHS): Complying with all applicable regulations and preventive measures. * Stock replenishment and inventory control. * Ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness of the premises. **What do we offer in return?** * Career plan: Opportunity to grow within a major, rapidly expanding national foodservice company.
