Join our team and help make every stay unforgettable! **What are we looking for?** A passionate, creative, team-oriented, and dedicated **kitchen assistant**, who shares our enthusiasm for gastronomy and wishes to contribute to the success of our outstanding team—by participating in culinary preparations across various service points, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery, with the following responsibilities: * Perform basic food preparations, as well as any other culinary-related tasks assigned. * Prepare and present national and international dishes, following learned instructions. * Ensure maximum quality in food handling, storage, and presentation. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Assist in proper inventory management of ingredients, reporting any shortages or quality issues to the responsible person. * Collaborate in preparing special hotel events, always under the direct supervision of your supervisor and in accordance with previously established guidelines. * Maintain the workplace and equipment in optimal conditions of cleanliness and order. * Report any anomalies detected in the work area to your immediate supervisor. * Strictly comply with occupational risk prevention regulations. **Essential requirements:** * Vocational training in Culinary Arts and/or related studies (valued) * Demonstrable experience of at least 1 year performing these duties; experience in hotels of equal or similar category is preferred * Food Handler’s Certificate * Availability for immediate start * Availability to work rotating shifts If you identify with our commitment to excellence and wish to become part of our culinary family, we look forward to meeting you very soon!
