We are a company specializing in vacation rentals of luxury villas, maintaining a high occupancy rate throughout the year. Therefore, we are seeking an experienced **HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER** to lead and organize the CLEANING DEPARTMENT. Daily responsibilities will include supporting and assisting in the direction and coordination of cleaning services to ensure daily preparation for property check-ins and check-outs. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Senior Assistant Housekeeping Manager. . Experience in holiday hotels and tourist accommodations or similar. . Management of large teams (+10–20 people). . Experience in high-demand environments with strong customer satisfaction focus. . Prior experience in the tourism sector is desirable. **Job Description**: We are recruiting a General Housekeeping Manager to oversee cleaning services across our luxury villas. We seek an operationally strong individual with leadership capability, accustomed to managing large teams and high-occupancy environments, ensuring quality standards, efficiency, and inter-departmental coordination. **Key Responsibilities**: \- Comprehensive management of cleaning operations (guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces) \- Coordination and leadership of teams (housekeepers, supervisors) \- Shift scheduling and workload planning \- Supervision of cleaning standards and quality \- Cost control (linen, laundry, amenities) \- Coordination with other departments (Reception, Maintenance, Operations) \- Management of external personnel (outsourced services) **Responsibilities**: .
