Care responsibilities and participation in activities We are seeking a person to care for elderly residents admitted to a care home in Villagarcía de la Torre (Badajoz). Responsibilities include attending to residents' basic needs, participating in scheduled activities, and performing other duties inherent to the position. Preference will be given to candidates residing locally or having their own vehicle, with availability during afternoons. It is essential that the candidate demonstrates interest in geriatrics, a commitment to advancing person-centered care (PCC), and a focus on elderly well-being. A temporary contract is offered to cover maternity leave, breastfeeding leave, and vacation periods, with full-time hours from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Immediate start and salary according to the applicable collective agreement, paid in 14 installments.
