We are seeking personnel to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in buildings and industrial facilities. Duties include work related to electricity, HVAC, plumbing, and other trades associated with comprehensive maintenance. Previous experience in a similar position is required, along with solid knowledge of electricity and basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance. Vocational training or professional certifications demonstrating competence in these areas are preferred. This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday). Working hours follow a weekly rotating shift: either 7:00–15:00 or 12:00–20:00\. The gross annual salary is €23,312\. Immediate start is required, and the workplace is located in the Fuencarral-El Pardo area of Madrid.
