Job Responsibilities: * Your primary mission will be planning, managing, and controlling service operations within your area of responsibility—particularly ensuring the safety of all our teams at all times. * Manage a team of expert technicians. * Supervise their performance and ensure appropriate customer service, promoting our services through suitable advisory support. * Serve as the local point of reference for operational and technical services contracted by our customers. * Be responsible for operational maintenance costs as well as revenue from service calls and repair sales within your assigned area.
