At **Green Flowers**, we seek to hire **garden construction workers** to participate in the construction and preparation of outdoor spaces in landscaping and gardening projects in **Marbella.** We are looking for a person eager to work on **outdoor construction projects**, as part of a team that develops high-end gardens and green areas. **Responsibilities** * Support in construction work for garden building. * Soil preparation and movement. * Installation of curbs, decorative elements, substrates, and gardening materials. * Assistance in irrigation system installation. * Planting of trees, shrubs, and turf during final construction phases. * Use of basic construction and gardening tools and machinery. * Collaboration with the team across various execution phases of landscaping projects. **Requirements** * Experience in construction, outdoor building, gardening, or fieldwork (desirable). * Ability to perform physical labor and manual tasks outdoors. * Responsible individual with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. * Experience with construction tools or gardening machinery is an advantage. **Offer** * Employment with a growing company in the gardening and landscaping sector. * **Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM** (afternoons off). * Positive work environment and interesting projects in the Marbella area. * Opportunity for professional learning and growth within the company. * Competitive salary based on experience.
