Job Summary: We are seeking a crane driver holding a Class C driving license for roadside assistance, performing vehicle loading, securing, and transportation; marking the work area; and reporting to the central office. Key Highlights: 1. Direct interaction and counseling with the affected driver, conducted calmly and empathetically. 2. Ability to act professionally in response to breakdowns or accidents. 3. Responsible, solution-oriented, and customer-focused attitude. We require a crane driver holding a valid Class C driving license to work in roadside assistance in Tarragona. This is a permanent position. Duties include loading, securing, and transporting passenger cars and trucks using either a platform or a boom, ensuring proper vehicle restraint to prevent damage. You must also mark and protect the work area on public roads, minimizing risks to traffic and pedestrians, and report service status to the central office. You are expected to interact directly with and counsel the affected driver, maintaining calmness and empathy during stressful situations. Professional conduct when handling breakdowns or accidents will be valued, as well as a responsible, solution-oriented, and customer-focused attitude. Good physical condition is required for dynamic outdoor work. Valid Class C driving license for passenger cars and Class C+E license for trucks. Certificate of Professional Competence (CAP) for trucks. Prior experience is not mandatory; both junior and senior profiles are welcome. Familiarity with or willingness to learn how to operate platforms, winches, and lashing systems is desirable. Ability to remain calm in traffic-related or stressful situations. Responsible, solution-oriented, and customer-service-focused attitude. Good physical condition for dynamic and outdoor work.
