**Description:** ---------------- We are Las Nieves Limpieza, a national service company operating since 1998. Currently, we are driving the revitalization of our Córdoba delegation and seeking a committed, organized individual with a continuous improvement mindset to lead this phase as Services Manager (long-term temporary replacement contract). **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Supervise services delivered to assigned clients. * Coordinate and manage operational staff within your area. * Identify and select personnel to cover replacements. * Report incidents to HR for accurate payroll processing. * Forward incidents to the commercial department for invoicing. * Handle customer complaints and resolve incidents effectively. * Visit facilities and collect data for budget preparation. * Promote commercial activity within the delegation. * Monitor operational costs and optimize resources. **What are we looking for in you?** * Experience in project and team management. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Communication skills and experience dealing with customers. * Proactive, solution-oriented attitude focused on continuous improvement. * Solid office software knowledge (Microsoft Office, ERP). **What we offer** * Join a company with over 25 years of experience. * Full-time position. * Long-term temporary replacement contract. * Company vehicle to facilitate travel. * A professional environment where you can grow and deliver real value. **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum requirements:** * Prior experience managing teams. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Residence in Córdoba. * Availability to travel within the province. * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with management software.
