**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental fields, seeks to hire 1 Training Technician \- for the training course "Auxiliary Construction Tasks" in Málaga. **Workplace** -------------------- * Málaga **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Training project targeted at long-term unemployed individuals; individuals aged 45 or older, particularly women; persons with a disability equal to or greater than 33 %; nationals of third countries; foreign-born participants; and other individuals in socioeconomically vulnerable situations, including those facing or at risk of poverty, social exclusion, or discrimination in its various forms, as certified by a report issued by Social Services. * Course objectives: Learn how to prepare construction mixtures, treat substrates, and perform sanitation and cleaning procedures for cladding. Organize continuous conglomerate and rigid modular cladding work in construction. * The job comprises two modules: 1\-. Theoretical training: Process and preparation of equipment and resources for masonry work; construction mixtures and preparation processes; substrate treatment for cladding; execution of sanitation and cleaning treatments on substrates for cladding; organization of continuous conglomerate and rigid modular cladding work in construction. * 2\-. Non-labor vocational training: actively seeking companies where trainees can carry out the practical component of the training activity, followed by tutoring of such trainees during their practical placements. * Upon completion of the training activity, a report must be submitted reflecting the objectives, content, and outcomes of the training, as well as the evaluation criteria established for successfully completing the training activity. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by undergoing assessment tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documentary evidence supporting the data provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate’s CV, whenever such information is necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Spanish Baccalaureate (BUP/COU), Vocational Training Level I (FPI) or Medium-Level Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM), Vocational Training Level II (FPII) or Higher-Level Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) (qualification officially recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities), or possess extensive professional and/or academic experience in the relevant field or in the functions associated with this position (at least 6 months). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Category B driver’s license and personal vehicle. (Must be documented and specified in the CV) * Between 6 months and 3 years of experience in the construction sector, performing duties related to masonry directly aligned with the subjects covered in this course. (Must be documented and specified in the CV) **Observations** ----------------- * Temporary contract with an estimated duration of 7 months, linked to the implementation of the assignment described in this announcement under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time working hours.
