The Centre de Noves Oportunitats del Vallès Occidental is a support program for young people aged 16 to 24 seeking to resume their studies, acquire competencies, and enter the labor market. We implement technical-professional itineraries, combining practical training, academic support, and professional orientation. We are a multidisciplinary team committed to offering real second chances. A technical trainer is required for substitution. Deliver classroom content according to the established schedule. Facilitate cross-cutting sessions: workplace attitude, personal competencies, communication, teamwork, time management, problem-solving. Prepare, plan, and structure sessions with pedagogical coherence. Assess learning through evidence, rubrics, and continuous monitoring. Identify difficulties in the classroom. Participate in follow-up meetings. Monitor tasks on the virtual campus: verify submissions, pace, and consistency. Mission of the position: Accompany predominantly ESO-non-completing youth through technical-professional itineraries, assuming the cross-cutting component of the program: personal competencies, workplace habits, teamwork, communication, emotional management, responsibility, conflict resolution, and job readiness. The trainer will also facilitate the IOC Open Classroom (distance-learning ESO) and provide basic academic follow-up for youth on the virtual campus. * Experience: 2 years. Minimum 2 years’ experience working with youth or delivering training. Experience in group management and classroom facilitation. * Competencies / knowledge: Start date: September-October 2026. Contract type: Substitute. Working hours: 19.25 hours per week. Schedule: Mornings from 9:00 to 13:30. Salary: €1,202.49 gross per month, paid in 12 installments.
