What are we looking for? Street Educator **Description:** * Home-based support and identification of non-enrolled youth. * Development of individualized educational plans for identified youth and linkage to appropriate services and/or organizations. * Continued support for youth previously identified and included in the Open Environment Project. * Family intervention: Working with families is understood as engaging them actively in the process. * Identification and support for street-based peer groups. Analysis of street behaviors, establishment of profiles and categories, and proposals for group interventions. Analysis of public space usage. Intervention and outreach activities in open environments targeting different street-identified groups. * Community action and network collaboration. Active participation in supporting youth from the La Mina neighborhood. * Management of Espai Mart: A dedicated space aimed at fostering motivation toward academic and vocational training, reinforcing the importance of education and labor stability. **Offered:** Permanent contract \- (Start in September) * Location: Sant Adrià del Besós (Barcelona) * Full-time working week of 37.5 hours, scheduled Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 20:00, according to service needs. * Salary: €25,741 gross per year **Requirements:** University Bachelor’s Degree in Social Education (mandatory requirement) **Specific Training:** Training in childhood and minors at risk; training in social services.
