Supervision of construction execution and compliance with quality and environmental requirements. **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Construction Technical Supervisor in Cádiz. **Work Location** -------------------- * Cádiz **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Organize construction site activities following instructions from the Site Manager, ensuring work quality and performance. * Collaborate in activity scheduling, budget preparation, setting-out, and measurements. * Organize and coordinate human teams, instructing workers in specific tasks. * Schedule and validate activities carried out by collaborators and their teams, as well as material and supply reception on site, following instructions from the Site Manager. * Be responsible for machinery assigned to the project, confirming its receipt and reporting any incidents. * Supervise construction execution through measurements, productivity calculations, and material control. * Comply with and ensure compliance with the Site Safety and Health Plan (PSS) and existing specifications regarding quality and environment. * Draft and sign off on corresponding daily work reports and immediately report any accident or anomaly occurring on site. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits must be substantiated either by passing evaluation tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. (Attach training certificate) * PRL course for operators of lifting equipment. (Attach training certificate) ### **Prior Experience** * From 1 day up to 1 year performing duties as Civil Works Supervisor (work experience certified via employment history record). ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Demonstrable prior experience (professional or academic) in using Word and Excel. **Observations** ----------------- * + A fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months is offered, extendable for another 6 months if applicable. + Full-time working hours.
