At IngeniaHR, we are seeking educators and tutors for e-learning (teletraining) delivery, working as self-employed professionals, to tutor Training Specializations linked to Alternance Training Contracts. We seek professionals with pedagogical experience in virtual environments, ability to engage groups, and rigor in monitoring learners. Key responsibilities: Tutoring and monitoring: Academic guidance, answering questions, and learner engagement via the LMS platform (Moodle). Continuous assessment: Grading assignments, learning checks, exams, and final evaluation according to each specialization’s criteria. Participation tracking: Recording activity and ensuring compliance with required hours on the platform, in accordance with current regulations. Academic coordination: Ongoing communication with the center’s pedagogical team. Minimum requirements (SEPE / Teletraining): Accredited qualification: University degree, Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Higher Technician qualification in the professional field corresponding to the delivered specialization. Pedagogical competence (fulfill at least one of the following): University Master’s Degree in Teacher Training / CAP. Professional Certification in Vocational Training Teaching for Employment (SSCE0110\). Teletraining training/experience: Proof of at least 30 hours of training in e-learning methodologies / online tutoring, or demonstrable experience delivering courses via LMS platforms. Administrative requirements: Registration under the Special Social Security Scheme for Self-Employed Workers (RETA), or capacity to issue invoices. Up-to-date with tax obligations to the Spanish Tax Agency and Social Security. Preferred qualifications: Prior experience tutoring Training Specializations linked to alternance training contracts / dual training. Competencies in specific areas (Administration and Management, Commerce and Marketing, IT, Socio-Cultural Services, etc.). Job conditions: Contract type: Service provision (Self-employed / Freelance). Location: 100% Remote / Telework. Working hours: Flexible (aligned with tutoring deadlines and course milestones).
