We are looking for a kitchen assistant to prepare simple dishes, especially those served cold. Main tasks include cleaning, peeling, and chopping all types of fresh food, ensuring ingredients are ready for use in recipes. Additionally, it is essential to maintain cleanliness of utensils, equipment, and kitchen machinery, as well as ensuring general hygiene of the work area. Order and cleanliness are crucial for the proper functioning of the kitchen. A minimum of one year of prior experience working in kitchens and basic culinary knowledge are required. A full-time temporary contract with split shifts is offered. The salary will be determined according to the Collective Agreement for Hospitality in the Principality of Asturias.
