Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and efficient kitchen assistant to support food preparation, cleaning, and inventory management, ensuring food hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of ingredients and assistance to chefs We are looking for a kitchen assistant for an establishment in Almunia de San Juan. A minimum of 9 months of prior experience in similar positions is required, along with a high level of Spanish proficiency. Having a food handling certificate or completion of a food handling course will be valued, as well as enthusiasm to join the team. Responsibilities include ingredient preparation (washing, cutting, chopping), assisting chefs during service, maintaining kitchen and equipment cleanliness, managing food inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. The ideal candidate should be organized, quick, able to work under pressure and collaboratively, and possess basic culinary knowledge. A permanent full-time contract is offered with a monthly net salary of 1400 euros.
