Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced kitchen assistant for the summer season, responsible for ingredient preparation, cleaning, and kitchen support, with emphasis on culinary passion and teamwork. Passion for cooking is valued A kitchen assistant position is offered for the summer season in La Ràpita. Prior experience in the industry is required, as well as strong organizational skills and proficiency in culinary tasks. Main responsibilities include ingredient preparation: washing, peeling, cutting, and organizing food items prior to dish preparation. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen is also essential, including cleaning utensils, surfaces, and work areas according to hygiene standards. You will assist chefs with basic preparation and cooking tasks, and manage proper food storage. This is a temporary contract for the summer season, in a dynamic environment where passion for cooking and teamwork are highly valued. * Prior experience in this role * Residency in the area or possession of a vehicle * Flexible working hours (availability to work weekends)
