Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant to support food preparation, plating, and maintenance of cleanliness and organization, ensuring food hygiene and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance in the kitchen and preparation of ingredients 2. Collaboration in plating 3. Maintenance of hygiene and organization of the work area We are looking for personnel to work as a kitchen assistant in Oviedo (Asturias). Duties include assisting the chef, preparing ingredients, collaborating in plating, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area, and storing products in accordance with food hygiene and safety regulations. Previous experience in cider houses or traditional restaurants is required; candidates must reside in Oviedo or have their own vehicle for commuting to the workplace, and must have flexible availability according to service needs. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with working hours determined by the company's operational schedule and salary in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
