Our operations are backed by extensive expertise reflected across all areas—from hotel management to brand values and guest experience care. **Do you want to join The Happiness Industry?** We are looking for an Internal Auditor for our Madrid offices. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Financial audits: Assess the accuracy and reliability of accounting and financial records. * Verify that administrative, operational, and financial procedures comply with the hotel’s internal policies. * Collaborate in the development of internal policies. * Identify opportunities, deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency. * Verify implementation of corrective actions suggested in previous audits. * Collaborate and manage improvement projects. * Issue reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations for continuous improvement. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or related fields. * Master’s degree in Auditing and proven experience conducting financial statement audits for large enterprises. * Advanced level of English; other languages are a plus. * SAP knowledge is desirable. * Advanced Excel skills. * Familiarity with internal auditing standards, internal control frameworks, and accounting regulations. * Strong communication and report-writing skills. * Analytical ability and critical thinking. * Willingness to travel. * Knowledge of BI tools.
