You will develop technical and professional skills in an **international, collaborative, and dynamic environment** that values curiosity, learning, and innovation. **Main Responsibilities** In this program, you will: * **Support** data collection, cleaning, validation, and structuring activities across different business areas. * **Assist** in building or maintaining dashboards, KPIs, and reports using Excel and BI tools. * **Contribute** to process documentation, knowledge resources, and workflow materials. * **Help** prepare presentations, summaries, or communication content for internal stakeholders. * **Collaborate** with cross‑functional teams to support analytics, reporting, or governance initiatives. * **Shadow** analytics and business experts to understand how data supports strategy, performance, and risk management. * **Participate** in learning and upskilling activities related to BI tools, analytics frameworks, or Agile methodologies. * **Learn** to work with tools such as Power BI, Qlik Cloud, SharePoint, Power Automate, Confluence, and other digital platforms. **Requirements** * Studies in **Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Management, Finance**, or related analytical fields. * Strong **Excel** skills (formulas, pivot tables, data structuring). * Exposure to BI tools (e.g., **Power BI, Qlik, Tableau**). * Interest in **data analysis, reporting, automation**, or analytics strategy. * Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, or workflow tools is a plus. * Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. * Ability to explain data in a simple, business‑oriented way. * Structured thinking and strong organization skills. * Good communication skills, both written and verbal. * Proactive, curious, and eager to learn. * **Fluent English** (required). * Additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus. **Eligibility Criteria \& Program Details** This internship program is delivered in collaboration with Fundación Universidad Empresa (FUE) and is subject to the following requirements: * Be under 30 years old at the internship start date * Have completed the most recent academic qualification within the last 4 years * Not have previously participated in a program managed by FUE * Not have held an employment contract with Amadeus after completing their studies * Hold one of the following academic qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree (completed) OR Master Degree (completed) + Degree pending only the Final Thesis, or Final Thesis plus a maximum of 9 ECTS credits * This opportunity is particularly suitable for recent Bachelor’s or Official Master’s graduates with limited prior internship experience. * Expected start date: May–June 2026\.
