You will gain **on\-hands experience, real ownership and first\-hand exposure** by helping us build the **strategy framework and infrastructure, behavioral economics analysis** and **Agentic AI / automatization engines** to carry out our expansion across the EU. Operations solves large, complex and at scale challenges to improve operational efficiency and deliver growth across areas, this is a zero\-to\-one role for a builder who thinks like a consultant and executes like an engineer.
