Your responsibilities will include: * **Coordination of extracurricular activities** in various schools: selecting and supervising instructors, communicating with families and schools, managing registrations and unpaid fees, resolving issues... * **Coordination of educational, social, and cultural projects** in collaboration with city councils and other organizations. * **Direct engagement with stakeholders**: building bridges of trust with families, school management teams, and partners is an essential part of the role. * **Administrative tasks** related to activity management. * Active participation in **new initiatives and proposals** developed within the organization. * And, of course, **everything needed to ensure the successful execution of projects.** **Essential requirements:** * Previous experience coordinating educational and extracurricular activities. * Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. * Interpersonal skills and communication abilities: active listening, mediation, support, and trust-building. * Proficient use of digital tools (email, spreadsheets, management platforms, etc.). * Experience working under pressure and during periods of high workload. * Patience, empathy, and the ability to address complaints or questions constructively. * Own vehicle and availability to travel within Zaragoza, Aragon, and other provinces. * Genuine interest in building a long-term career within the organization. **What we offer:** * **Full-time contract** * **Annual salary** of €18,000 (according to collective agreement and internal progression). * **22 vacation days + 5 additional days** designated by the organization + your birthday off! * **Work tools**: laptop, mobile phone, and anything else you need to make your work easier. * A **supportive and collaborative work environment**, with a dedicated team that will back you up. * **Freedom to suggest, create, and make things happen.** * **Flexible working hours**, always within a maximum end time of 6:00 PM.
