Training students from design through to structural integration and quantity take-offs **Description:** ---------------- At Grupo Euroformac, a leading consultancy in professional training and development, we are urgently recruiting a Digital Architecture and Construction Instructor to deliver the face-to-face training program "EOCO003PO \- Application of BIM Technology in Building Projects" in Málaga city. We seek a professional from the sector (Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or Building Engineering) with expert-level proficiency in BIM workflows and technical modeling software, and with a strong pedagogical vocation to train students—from initial design phases through to integration of structures, installations, and economic measurements. Offer Details Location: Málaga city (100% face-to-face modality). Start Date: Immediate incorporation. Schedule: Afternoon shift (Monday to Friday). Working Hours: Part-time / Intensive afternoon schedule. **Requirements:** --------------- Minimum Requirements 1\. Academic Qualification: University degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent qualifications in the Construction and Civil Engineering field. 2\. Technical Competencies: Advanced proficiency and practical experience with BIM working environments and specialized sector software (e.g., Allplan, CYPECAD / CYPECAD MEP, and Presto). 3\. Teaching Accreditation and Experience: Official pedagogical accreditation (Professional Teaching Certificate for Vocational Training Degrees A, B, and C; CAP; Master’s in Teaching; or Vocational Training Teaching Certificate for Employment). Proven prior teaching experience delivering content related to project management and construction supervision.
