**Objective**
------------
A program technician with experience in managing social projects and public grants for other organizations. Will support the drafting, implementation, and justification of projects funded by various public administrations (IRPF, regional, municipal), as well as the preparation of institutional documentation (protocols, equality plans, tenders, etc).
Main Responsibilities:
* Technical writing of social programs and projects related to addiction.
* Comprehensive grant management: identifying calls for proposals, submitting applications, implementing grants, monitoring progress, and providing technical and financial justification.
* Preparation of technical reports, monitoring reports, and documentation for funders.
* Development of proposals for public tenders and contracted activities.
* Technical coordination with partner entities, working networks, and public administrations.
* Support in developing internal plans (e.g., equality, prevention, ethical codes, etc).
* Participation in evaluation processes, strategic planning, and impact measurement.
* Technical assistance to area coordination regarding planning and control tasks.
* Compliance with obligations before the Registry of Public Utility Associations and the Foundation Protectorate.
Requirements:
* University degree in social sciences, education, law, or health fields.
* Additional training and experience in social project management, addiction, or community intervention.
* Knowledge of accounting.
* Proficiency in office software.
* Familiarity with electronic justification platforms (FACe, GVSign, REC, etc).
* Familiarity with Moodle, social CRMs, and impact evaluation tools is desirable.
Experience:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles within the third sector.
* Demonstrable experience in project writing and public grant management.
* Knowledge of public tenders and contracted activities.
* Experience preparing equality plans and internal protocols.
