In recent years, we have diversified our activities into new business areas and markets, such as livestock export, animal feed, consumer goods, etc. We are one of the most important agents in the process of exporting cattle to North Africa and the Middle East. In our dog nutrition business, FUD offers fresh, healthy, and personalized food through a subscription model. We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and determined Veterinary Assistant for our Backoffice department to connect with customers, advise on nutrition, and convert calls into happy subscriptions. • Attend to and advise customers interested in our personalized dog food service. • Contact potential customers by phone who have previously expressed interest in our products. • Explain our subscription model and advise customers based on their dog’s characteristics and needs. • Address questions related to feeding, orders, and service operation within the scope of your knowledge. • Manage orders, subscriptions, changes, and customer follow-up. • Conduct customer follow-up to ensure a positive experience and encourage continued engagement. • Keep customer information and commercial documentation up to date. • Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to address customer needs. * Minimum 1 year of experience. What are we looking for? Experience or interest in the fields of animal nutrition, health, and welfare. Prior experience in customer service, sales, veterinary clinics, specialized pet stores, or animal-sector companies will be valued. * PROFESSIONAL SPECIALIZATION TITLE * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: • Training as a Veterinary Technical Assistant (VTA) or equivalent. • Excellent communication and customer interaction skills. • Ability to listen, understand customer needs, and offer the most suitable solution. • Commercial mindset and results orientation, without losing focus on advisory and customer service. • Bilingual in Catalan and Spanish. • Love for dogs (having a furry friend at home is a great plus!). * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time working hours * Other relevant details: • Indefinite-term contract and full-time working hours. • Flexible working hours. • On-site work at the Group’s offices in Lleida. • Integration into a growing project within the animal nutrition sector. • Competitive conditions.
