Your Role at Iberia: The Maintenance Technician in our engine workshop is responsible for disassembling, assembling, and testing engines sent by our customers for repair. **Your Challenges:** * Ensure implementation and compliance with health and safety guidelines. * Ensure quality of work performed * Contribute to meeting established delivery timelines for each engine * Drive continuous improvement of team performance and work processes through feedback, problem resolution, and idea generation—while also promoting root cause corrective action for behavioral and operational issues. **Your Qualifications:** You must hold one of the following Vocational Training qualifications: Higher Vocational Training Cycle: * Higher Technician in Automotive Engineering Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle: * Technician in Automotive Electromechanics. Languages: * Intermediate English Other vocational training programs and experience related to mechanics, as well as knowledge of aeronautical English, will be considered advantageous.
