We are proud to take fashion beyond borders, connecting our unique style with people around the globe. **YOUR NEW ROLE:** As Strategy Director, you will define, lead, and execute the company’s global strategy, ensuring long-term value creation, identification of growth opportunities, and strategic alignment across all business units and geographies. **YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead the short-, medium-, and long-term strategic planning process. * Identify market trends, disruptions, and growth opportunities. * Evaluate competitive positioning and define differential advantages. * Ensure proper implementation of the strategy in coordination with business areas. * Define strategic KPIs and monitor performance. * Drive key initiatives generating strategic impact across the organization. * Act as strategic advisor to the CEO and Executive Committee. * Prepare presentations and materials for the Board of Directors. * Facilitate data- and analysis-driven decision-making. * Lead, develop, and mentor the strategy team. * Foster an analytical, results-oriented, and collaborative culture. * Prioritize projects and allocate resources efficiently. **ABOUT YOU:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field. * MBA from a top-tier business school (highly valued). * \+10\-15 years of experience in strategic consulting and/or internal strategy roles. * Experience in the retail sector. * Strategic thinking and business acumen. * Strong analytical capabilities and data orientation. * Leadership and influence in multicultural environments. * Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills. * Ability to manage dynamic and changing environments. **YOUR BENEFITS:** * Enjoy a flexible schedule and hybrid work model adapted to your needs.
