We are looking for a Senior Java Technical Lead with solid experience in low-level architecture design, technical leadership, and software product development—capable of driving the technological evolution of complex solutions and ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business needs. What will you do? * Define the low-level architecture of complex software products, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and evolvability. * Design end-to-end solutions based on distributed and event-driven architectures. * Define and oversee governance, orchestration, ingestion, normalization, correlation, persistence, and consumption mechanisms for events. * Provide technical leadership to development teams, offering support, guidance, and mentoring in technical decision-making. * Coordinate technical implementation with the Product Owner, Delivery Manager, and other involved teams. * Identify reusable components and promote their adoption across the organization. * Ensure consistency between architectural vision and development execution. * Define technical standards, versioning strategies, repository structures, and development best practices. * Supervise code quality through technical reviews and enforcement of development standards. * Participate in defining the technical roadmap, managing technical debt, and planning evolutionary enhancements. * Author and maintain high-level and detailed technical and functional documentation. * Support development teams in resolving complex technical incidents. * Promote the adoption of technologies, patterns, and best practices aligned with the product’s technology strategy. Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements—we encourage you to apply, learn about our offer, and show us what you can bring to the team! **Key Requirements:** * Over 5 years of software development experience with Java. * Demonstrable experience as a Technical Lead, Software Architect, or Product Architect. * Experience in analysis and design of distributed systems and event-driven architectures. * Knowledge and experience with messaging and streaming platforms such as Kafka, NATS, Pulsar, or RabbitMQ. * Experience with integration and orchestration platforms such as Kafka Connect or Apache Camel. * Solid knowledge of architectural patterns, API design, and microservices. * Experience managing Git repositories, branching strategies, version control, and code reviews. * Experience working with agile methodologies, especially Scrum. * Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate complex technical initiatives. * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent. * Minimum English level B2 (C1 is valued). **Especially Valued:** * Experience in Defense sector projects or European programs. * Knowledge of cybersecurity applied to software development. * Experience with emerging technologies and cloud ecosystems. * Knowledge of Go. * Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as NAF4 or TOGAF. * Experience with simulation tools and software lifecycle management tools. **Personal Competencies:** * Technical leadership. * Effective communication. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Technical negotiation and influence. * Results orientation. * Collaborative work in multidisciplinary teams.
