We are currently seeking a motivated individual eager to learn and grow within our Recruitment team. **Job Description** **What will you learn with us?** * Identification (sourcing and screening) and telephone qualification of potential candidates, aligned with hiring managers’ requirements. * Face-to-face interviews * Organization and preparation of interviews with local hiring managers for pre-selected candidates * Contract closure and signing * Onboarding of new employees **Requirements** **What are we looking for?** * Academic background in Human Resources, Business Studies, Psychology, or related fields. * English: Fluent. Minimum B2 level.
