




**Ingeteam,** a leading company specialized in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is seeking to incorporate a Product Quality Manager within the **Segment Operations area,** whose mission will be to standardize and improve product and process quality assurance methodologies across the various converter assembly plants based on best practices established at its Sesma facilities, thereby ensuring customer specifications and expectations are met and exceeded. **Responsibilities**: Will report to the Segment Operations department located at Ingeteam Sesma. Standardize and improve quality assurance operations: * Standardize, supervise, and improve global management systems for quality assurance (policies, procedures, guidelines, FMEAs, Quality Plans, NC Management, etc.). * Enhance and facilitate knowledge management by promoting shared know-how. * Lead global standardization and product quality improvement projects. * Raise awareness across all departments regarding quality requirements. * Supervise the achievement of defined global or shared quality certifications deemed necessary. Definition of product quality assurance strategies: * Define, deploy, and monitor the strategy for product quality assurance. * Establish the objectives and indicators (KPIs) required to control progress, as well as supervise their implementation across the various converter assembly plants. * Define related global projects and actions, as well as supervise their rollout across the various converter assembly plants. Coordination between plants and Business Units / Operations / SQA / Functional Departments: * Standardize and structure relationships between the different plants and the rest of the organization. * Supervise coordination between plants and the rest of the organization to ensure compliance with all business/customer requirements and continuous improvement of products/production processes. * Participate in the standardization of quality processes across the organization, leading the Operations C\&C portion. Other responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with and achievement of common organizational policies in various areas such as: code of conduct, good practices, Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, Environment, and energy efficiency, within the scope and responsibilities assigned. * Lead and take responsibility for the professional development of the team under supervision, conducting performance reviews and promoting the organization’s leadership model. * Foster a work environment and relationships consistent with company values that encourage teamwork and enhance internal and external synergies. * Define and communicate directives, procedures, instructions, etc., required by management across all areas of responsibility. **Minimum Requirements**: * + Education: Engineering degree and Master's, PhD, or equivalent, preferably in electrical/electronic engineering, management systems, or operations. * + Minimum of three years of experience in technical roles with similar responsibilities. * + Experience in product quality assurance (preferably in automotive, traction, or related fields). * + Knowledge of Quality Management Systems relevant to the markets in which Ingeteam operates: 9001, IRIS, PECCAL, among others. * + Experience using the core set of tools essential for quality assurance and process improvement (“Core Tools”). * + High willingness to travel frequently. * + Basic Office package skills, advanced Excel proficiency. * + Minimum English level equivalent to B2 from the Cambridge Institute. **Desirable qualifications**: * + Knowledge of SAP and PLM.
