Job Mission We are seeking an SAP QA Lead to lead Quality Assurance strategy and execution across the company’s various SAP projects. This role targets a candidate with a strong combination of leadership, technical QA expertise, and experience in complex SAP environments—capable of defining standards, driving automation, and ensuring the quality of implemented solutions. The candidate will be a key figure in evolving testing practices, closely collaborating with functional, technical, and business teams within an international and continuously transforming environment. What Will Be Your Contribution? Reporting to the IT \& Digital department, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading the SAP Quality Assurance team, defining the testing strategy, and ensuring the highest quality standards in SAP implementations. **This position combines:** leadership and development of the SAP QA team. definition and governance of quality processes. management of manual and automated testing. coordination with multidisciplinary teams and business stakeholders. continuous improvement of quality methodologies, tools, and metrics. It is a role that balances strategic vision with operational execution, directly impacting the success of SAP transformation programs. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Team Management Lead and develop the SAP QA team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement. Provide mentoring and support to enhance the team’s technical and professional capabilities. Ensure appropriate planning and resource allocation aligned with business priorities. Quality Strategy and Processes Define, implement, and oversee Quality Assurance processes for SAP projects. Ensure adherence to testing methodologies, standards, and best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and deliverable quality. Testing Management Design and oversee comprehensive test plans for SAP applications and processes. Coordinate functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities. Ensure adequate test coverage and traceability of requirements. Automation and Tools Define and evolve test automation frameworks. Manage Xray as the test management tool and its integration with Jira. Promote adoption of automation solutions that improve efficiency and reduce risk. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with functional, technical, and business teams to identify and resolve quality issues. Align the testing strategy with SAP project objectives and end-user needs. Act as the QA reference point within digital transformation programs. Metrics and Reporting Define and monitor key quality indicators. Prepare periodic reports on test status, risks, and improvement actions. Drive data-driven decision-making based on objective metrics. Profile We Are Seeking Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. Certifications in Quality Assurance, Testing, or SAP will be considered a strong asset. Experience More than 7 years of Quality Assurance experience in SAP environments. Proven experience leading QA teams in SAP implementation or transformation projects. Experience in defining and executing manual and automated testing strategies. Solid knowledge of test management tools, especially Xray. Experience working in agile environments and international projects. **Desirable experience in:** SAP Solution Manager. SAP Cloud ALM. Tricentis Tosca. Large-scale ERP transformation programs. Competencies Leadership and ability to build high-performing teams. Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation.
