**Would you like to work at Fundació LaFACT La Factoría Social de Terrassa?** We are seeking a professional in the field of occupational risk prevention to foster a preventive culture within the organization, ensuring the integration of Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) at all organizational levels, guaranteeing compliance with current legislation, and promoting safe and healthy working environments. **What will you do with us?** * Manage and supervise the Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) system, ensuring legal compliance and proper coordination with external Prevention Services. * Coordinate preventive activities with clients, suppliers, and various company departments (CAE), participate in Health and Safety Committees, and monitor implementation of agreed actions. * Supervise risk assessments, ensure implementation of preventive and corrective measures, and develop safety procedures, protocols, and instructions. * Manage training and information on PRL matters, as well as health surveillance—including planning medical examinations and tracking accidents and incidents. * Analyze accident indicators, prepare reports for management, and propose actions for continuous improvement. * Coordinate emergency plans and drills, and promote awareness campaigns to strengthen a robust preventive culture across the entire organization. * Serve as the internal reference point for occupational safety and health, providing support and advisory services to various teams. **What do we expect from you?** * Higher vocational education degree in occupational risk prevention or equivalent university degree. * University Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention covering all three specialties—desirable. * Experience investigating workplace accidents and managing preventive measures. * Experience coordinating with external Prevention Services and CAE platforms. * Experience delivering PRL training and managing emergency plans. **What can we offer you?** * Indefinite-term contract. * 40-hour weekly schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–17:00 (including a 30-minute lunch break); Friday, 8:00–14:00. * Gross annual salary between €32,000 and €35,000, depending on the candidate’s profile. *At Fundació LaFACT Social de Terrassa, we believe diversity is one of our fundamental pillars and actively promote an inclusive workplace based on cooperation and mutual respect, offering equal opportunities to all individuals regardless of race, cultural background, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or religious beliefs.
