We seek a fully operational and practical profile. This is a technical position focused on direct case file management (no team management required, nor a Law degree; we value hands-on experience in administration offices, notaries, or servicers).
Your mission and responsibilities
You will comprehensively manage the administrative and tax lifecycle of our real estate and mortgage operations:
* **Registry Management and Processing:** Submission, tracking, monitoring, and registration of deeds, simple notes, cancellations, and encumbrances at the Property Registry.
* **Tax Settlement:** Preparation, calculation, and electronic submission of standard taxes associated with real estate transactions (**Transfer Tax (ITP), Stamp Duty (AJD), Municipal Capital Gains Tax**, etc.).
* **Defect Rectification:** Identify and practically resolve common issues or negative registry qualifications to prevent registration delays.
* **Guarantee Review:** Review the status of encumbrances and registry situation of assets serving as collateral for our financing.
* **External Coordination:** Maintain smooth communication with notaries, administration offices, registries, and developers for collection, validation, and signing of case files.
* **Document Control:** Maintain the digital archive and manage documentation using the company’s internal tools.
Profile requirements
* **Education:** Higher Vocational Training Degree (FPII) in Administration and Finance or equivalent.
* **Experience:** **1 to 3 years** in mortgage documentation management, direct processing with the Property Registry, and tax settlement (in **administration offices, notaries, real estate servicers, or banking**).
* **Specific knowledge:** Routine reading and understanding of public deeds and simple notes, and proficiency with electronic filing platforms for Local/Autonomous Tax Authorities and Registries.
* **Tools:** Proficiency in office software (Excel / Google Sheets) and digital document management systems.
* **Competencies:** Methodical, rigorous, solution-oriented, and detail-focused profile to unblock daily operations.
