We are seeking a professional with training and experience in maintenance for a stable project in the healthcare sector, located in a center in the province of Castellón de la Plana. Main responsibilities include repairing electrical, plumbing, and masonry faults (doors, walls, faucets); inspecting the operation of machinery and air conditioning systems; painting; maintaining furniture; and caring for landscaped areas and courtyards. This is a permanent contract with full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 19:00. The salary is €1,429 gross per month paid in fourteen installments. We seek a committed individual with attention to detail, holding vocational training in electricity, air conditioning, or electromechanics; a valid driver’s license class B and personal vehicle; residence in Castellón de la Plana or surrounding areas; and a disability certificate of at least 33%. The selected candidate must be available to start on October 1.
