We are Evenia Hotels, a hotel chain headquartered in Barcelona, with over 50 years of experience in the sector and 12 hotel complexes across two countries: Spain and Panama. We continue growing, and today we already have more than 1,400 employees. Additionally, we operate other business lines, including a travel agency, a congress palace, and extensive expertise in event organization and catering.
We are seeking to hire a Labor Relations Technician for our central Human Resources Department in Barcelona.
What will your day-to-day responsibilities be with us?
* Prepare employee documentation.
* Monitor and manage ITs (Temporary Employment Agencies).
* Process Social Security registrations, cancellations, and modifications using the payroll agency’s software.
* Process employment contracts and company certificates.
* Support the drafting of employment contracts, payrolls, and settlement documents (finiquitos).
* Issue call-ups for fixed-discontinuous staff according to operational needs.
* Calculate and enter payroll variables.
* Monitor timekeeping incidents, ensuring compliance and monthly summary reports are sent to department heads.
* Maintain information in the databases of various software systems.
* Communicate with operational managers across different business units to maintain up-to-date payroll system data, support settlement document preparation, and resolve employees’ labor-related queries.

What qualifications must you have to be the ideal candidate?
* Vocational training qualification (Medium or Higher Level) in Administration or a related field, or a University Degree in Administration or Labor Relations.
* 2–3 years of experience performing the duties described above.
* Knowledge of Social Security regulations, particularly deadlines, the RED System, Contrat@, and Certific@.
* Familiarity with SILTRA and advanced Excel skills is desirable.
* Languages: Spanish and Catalan.
