What will you do as a Kitchen Assistant? * Prepare and assemble dishes following technical specifications. * Perform pre-preparations, cutting, mise en place, and restocking. * Keep your station clean and organized throughout your shift. * Ensure compliance with HACCP, FIFO, and SLA (service time standards). * Support the kitchen during peak periods (and there are many!). * Work side-by-side with a united, energetic team. Requirements * Full availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. * Ability to work within the establishment’s operating hours: 04:00–23:00. * Personal vehicle or reliable transportation to the airport (recommended due to shift timing). * Eagerness to learn, positive attitude, and upbeat energy. * Medium or higher vocational qualification in Culinary Arts is preferred. * Commitment to hygiene, organization, and teamwork.
